Yes! Once you’ve booked The Cox Ranch, you have full access to Eden Woods rentals, with the added perks of no delivery fee and 25% off your rental total.
Can I rent from Eden Woods Rentals without booking the venue?
Yes! While all Cox Ranch couples get full access to our rentals, Eden Woods Rentals is a standalone collection available to anyone, whether you’re hosting your event elsewhere or just need a few finishing touches. We’re happy to help you curate the perfect pieces for your day.
What happens if something gets damaged or broken?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear is expected, but any major damage or missing items may incur a replacement fee. A detailed policy will be provided when you book so there are no surprises.
Can we bring in our own décor?
Yes! You’re welcome to supplement with your own décor and personal touches, just check with us on any restrictions regarding open flame, hanging items, or removal.
Are your rentals available for indoor and outdoor use?
Yes! Most items in our Eden Woods Rentals Collection are designed to be versatile and work beautifully both indoors and out. If weather is a concern, we’re happy to advise on the best options for your setup.
How does delivery work?
Our team delivers and sets up your rentals to ensure everything is in place before guests arrive. Once your event is complete we will then pick up your rentals. This means we take care of all the logistics. We primarily serve Western and Northern Michigan, but we’re happy to consider special requests outside that area. We’ll also coordinate directly with your wedding planner to make the process seamless.
