Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

The Cox Ranch can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for both ceremony and reception. We offer flexible layouts to suit intimate gatherings or larger celebrations.

What time do we have access to the venue?

Access begins Thursday at 11:00AM and continues until Sunday at 2:00PM.

Are pets allowed on the property?

Yes, The Cox Ranch is pet-friendly! We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval. Let us know in advance if you plan to include your furry friend in the celebration.

Can we choose our own vendors?

You’re welcome to choose your own vendors! Once booked, we’ll also share our Preferred Vendor List to help make your planning easier.

Is there a noise curfew or event end time?

Yes. Alcohol service may continue until 11:00 PM, and all amplified music must end by midnight in accordance with local noise ordinances. The venue closes at midnight.

How much does it cost to book The Cox Ranch?

A minimum investment starts at $7,500, with final pricing based on your personalized quote. This allows flexibility depending on your event needs and optional add-ons.
