Frequently Asked Questions

What extras are included with our venue rental?

Our venue includes a range of thoughtful extras; from shuttle coordination and lawn games to firepits, hot tubs, and access to our full rental collection.

Can we bring our own alcohol or hire a bartender?

Yes! You're welcome to provide your own alcohol and/or hire a licensed bartender. The Cox Ranch is designed to give you the freedom to celebrate your wedding, your way.

Do you require event insurance?

Yes, we require proof of event liability insurance for all weddings and large gatherings. We’ll provide details and recommendations when you book.

Is shuttle service or parking provided for guests?

On-site parking is available all weekend for your family, guests, and vendors. Golf carts are provided to assist guests who may need extra help getting around the property. For larger events or added convenience, shuttle coordination is available as an optional add-on.

What’s required to officially book the venue?

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit. This officially locks in your weekend and kicks off the planning process. Final payment is due one 60 days before your event date, but we’ll outline all the key milestones in your contract.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel, the initial deposit is non-refundable, and additional cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract.
